Hello this is Ddeonggae
For today’s mukbang, I will be eating assorted platter.
Subscribe and press the like, please Oyster in Korea is a word combined with ‘Seok’ meaning rock, and ‘Hwa’ meaning flower. Oyster has a strong smell and it’s meat is big so it is something you never pass in winter, when it is oyster season. Oyster is big and good both with soy sauce and chili paste with vinegar. Also good to eat by itself.
So good to have the oyster smell mouth full.
I really love seafood. ‘San-nakji’ is raw little octopus one of Korean dish. ‘San’ means alive and ‘Nakji’ means little octopus. Mollusks with sucker like little octopus and octopus, still have nerve system react right after they die, so their suckers love as if they are alive. There are cases people die from having little octopus stuck to their throats. Little octopus is usually killed by removing the guts by pulling them out at once to minimize the pain. It is really delicious to have it chopped in little pieces and add some sesame oil and sesame.
I really love raw little octopus with sesame oil.
Very chewy and sticky goes really well with the spices. They disappear so fast. Sea cucumber is the name for an echinoderm classed as Holothuroide. Caught by diving and cooked as raw, fried, steamed, stew and etc.
Sea cucumber is very hard when chewed but has little bit of smooth texture is very impressive and has little bit of bitterness.
Peeling off was easier than I thought. I often have abalone delivered to my place to eat.
I like having cooked abalone than eating it raw, but raw abalone is very chewy and good♥ Also it is healthy, so feels like I don’t have to feel guilty to my body even if I eat a lot. Abalone makes me think that if there is a time for overeating, I think this is time. Having assorted seafood platter right her with me made me think of Soju but I endured.
I wish you guys be happy like me by having great food.
Then let’s meet with a better video.
